I didn't incorporate any previous notes in this system. Because, as you can imagine, it consumes a lot of time and effort. And I might be tired before I actually use this system.

I keep all previous notes though. When I need past records, just see the note.

Past is past. I recommend to start to use this system from "here" and "now". And it is much more fun for us. :)</description>

I agree that paper is best. Also, I have found the tablet PC works very well for instant idea capture directly into PowerPoint.

Unfortunately Apple does not make a tablet PC yet, nor do they make a version of Keynote for Windows. So for now you are forced to choose between Keynote and a tablet.

I use a Mac for my desktop and a tablet PC for travel.</description>
