I have been using blog for writing manual of my system, as you see.

If people start to use this system, and need to update this manual to ver. 2.0, I think Wiki will work great. :)

I agree, wiki is the ultimate digital form of your system. I actually use a TiddlyWiki . I keep it on my hard drive (can also easily be moved from one computer to another, but everything stays in the one file) but that I use through my web browser. Rumour has it this file can get a little unstable with a lot of data, I haven't experienced this yet but it's very believable (javascript can be like that).

another really nice solution is VoodooPad, it's a great app for mac that I've found invaluable and well worth the price I think, I am planning to buy it soon. VoodooPad can handle drawings (with mouse/trackpad) and images and omnioutliner documents that can be easily re-edited as well as basic and rich text editing, also excellent search and the printer-pdf service is great (I can import a whole web page or anything else that I can print from my computer directly into my VoodooPad just by choosing a different virtual 'printer')

I just found <a href="http://blog.perfectspace.com/2006/11/27/indexcard-gtd-system/" rel="nofollow">Nata Ritter's article</A> about the Indexcarding sytem + blog.

Much more sophisiticated idea than my idea. Especially, I do love his idea of the plug-in for GTD and drawing diagram and taking photo by using mobile. Wow.

Thank you for your comment.

I don't know much about wiki system, though I frequently use Wikipedia. For me, "Blog" sounds more personal and friendly.
