It has been a continuing process of trial and error since I found your PoIC wiki several months ago. 
Finally I have decided to start a modified PoIC with a A6-sized notebook and with a section memo pad.  Today I bought several docs for A6-sized notebooks.  I would like to watch how it would go and whether I would find myself to use 3x5 index cards someday or not...</description>
